JoomlArt has had a good track record when it comes to releasing quality templates and Corona is not an exception.

JA Corona is the second template from JoomlArt that was developed for the Joomla! 1.5 platform, as opposed to their previous offerings that are currently being converted from 1.x to 1.5 compatibility.

It sports a nice Windows Vista Aero like theme, with nice smooth swirly graphics with a really nice translucency effect, particularly in the upper left and lower right corner.

It comes in both a nice warm blue color and a black version; personally I prefer the blue version as it is more Web 2.0 like.

You have the option to use the standard JA Split menu and JA Dropline menu but also a really nice addition of JA Slide Menu which slides the menu categories sideways as you run the mouse over the menu.  What is strangly missing is a regular drop down menu option, but I guess that would have messed with the way the main top menu is laid out.

As can be expected the template passes the markup XTHML markup, and it uses a tableless design that is 100% CSS-based, and it sports two screen resolution types: Narrow and Wide but not 100% (fluid). It also offers cross browser support with most major browsers (not tested)).

I did notice a little bit of an ugly artifact on the bottom of the blue color template, depending on your monitor resolution and contrast, this may not be that much of an issue for you but when you notice it, you cannot stop seeing it.  There is a destinct cut off on the left and right side, more so on the left side than on the right side.  Rather than a smooth transition it goes from the darker blue bottom to the lighter overall side border color. Now again, most people probably won't notice it, but I know that JoomlArt's designers are better than that, so I hope that they will fix this in a future release.
