Other than the color variations and some nice mouse over css for the bottom columns, I cannot help to think that this is an extremely basic template.  No additional layouts, modules or anything extra to validate this being released as a commercial template rather than an extra free one.

JA has started to go down a slippery sloap, I really hope that their next template JA Teline II due to be released on April 21, 2008 will prove to turn things around for them.

This template; JA Fedora, fails to impress my even lowest expectations.
