I think SEF Advanced is the best SEF component for Joomla, bar none!
It is so easy to set up and easy to use, it would be nice if it included some of the functionalities from JoomlAtWork's SEF Patch Extended, that would truly make this a one stop SEF component.
Value wise, it is like the Joomla Views review puts it, a little expensive if you have several Joomla sites unless you go for the server license or find a host that offers it.
